University Apartments

Ground floor + kid without parents' control living upstairs = hell！！！And for sure u can not get any resolution unless you move out

There are several problems with university apartments - (1) A lot of noise by kids (2) Bedbug is very common ( a huge problem) and some of neighbors have problem and do not tell to administration as the administration will make it you to pay for treatment - which is about 1000 dollars.. huge money for students. For this reason many apartments are culturing bedbugs and neighbors will get it sooner or later .. Apartments are unfurnished and it is likely that bedbugs come with them. (3) Infrequent bus in weekends (4) In practical leasing office - most of time they will tell a date the apartment is available - if you want to come in otherwise they will get to others. Even if you can not accommodate few days. It is hard to match your lease termination in one apartment and start in another in the same day. Practically many of residents moving have to pay double rent for a period of time (usually 1-3 weeks) (5) The apartments are very small. You can get much bigger outside.
