University of Iowa Community Credit Union (UICCU)

I bank with Navy Federal. I figured I would give them a try as I got a new car. Hands down the worst service and they take no pride in serving their customers.

There is not enough characters available to share my experience with this bank. Will most likely transfer business to my regular bank. Customer Beware! Update: Been on hold combined with 10 minutes of actual conversation for 48 minutes now. Update: I Refused call back service from a manager and am currently on hold to speak to a manager. 1:02:53 Update: Manager's not available, guess I will go stop in.

This place is a joke. They froze my account for no apparent reason, then when it was unfroze a week later, I had to pay for charges because my money sharing app tried to pull while it was frozen. They wouldn't give me a refund. About to change my bank tomorrow.

Still can't pay truck payment online after 2 months of trying to set up account. Have to call AND pay fee EVERY time because I can't set up an external account. These guys will rip you off

No one answers the phone when you're on hold. No one calls back when you leave a message after being on hold. Did not send at all or didn't send a new card when they said they sent a new card. Stuck without access to any of my funds due to hacking whilst waiting on a card to arrive that has now taken 5 days without making it 3hrs down the interstate.
