Good morning. I have been going to UMD Family Medicine for years and usually, it's been professional and helpful. However, i went for an appointment yesterday and felt so unimportant. The doctor that i saw was talking at me and not truly talking to me about my medical issue. The appointment just felt very rushed and brushed off and in my opinion, it was just very unprofessional. As a physician, the main goal is to treat your patients and at the same time make the patient feel like you can talk to them in a courteous and professional manner and I didnt feel that at all. I doubt I will come back.

The Staff is always nice and informative. The doctors are amazing and all very good bed side manner, the never hesitate to answer questions honestly and in a way we all can understand. Best doctors I've ever had.
