Maryland Primary Care Physicians

Don’t expect these doctors to care about you or to see you in a timely manner. They only care about billing your insurance. EDIT: That's exactly what I'm talking about, pretend to care and listen then just give me the regular old general office number. You have my number, if you actually cared you would have called. Meanwhile I'm over it and finding a new primary care physician but that's just another day another patient fleeing your practice apparently. No wonder this place is rated so low.

Doctors and staff were friendly and wait time wasn’t as gruelingly long as many have stated. At least not for us. However we just recently got billed for my husbands visit and we noticed that we got charged twice on two different swab tests (flu and mono) by they only took one swab of each. I wonder is this right? Or were we billed incorrectly? They never told us they’d be charging twice for these tests or that they would be doing two separate tests with each swab which would require them to bill us twice—I’m just a little confused as we didn’t get an explanation for this. I tried called and the machine keeps taking me to a line where “the mailbox is full and can’t take messages.” Other than that—this place seems okay

Shocked at the negative reviews! I've never had to wait, have received nothing but polite and attentive care and Lisa Meade, PA is down-to-earth and was so easy to talk with about my medical concerns and questions. I'm very happy with the overall level of service.

Very Disappointed!!! I am a 60 year old mother of a daughter with special needs who requires a wheel chair occasionally around the house. Some days are better than other days for her. But there are days she will not get up for me to take care of her. Its hard on my back. So I called MPC to have my daughters doctor (Dr. Rutkowski) fill out a form to have her approved for a wheel chair. After leaving several messages and never a call back I requested to speak to Dr. Rutkowski. The office staff Kelly who is absolutely rude, has no customer service skills was out of line. She told me Dr. Rutkowski will not fill the form out and that it was fraud. After many attempts in trying to speak with my doctor she told me they were dismissing my daughter from the practice when all i wanted was to speak to her about my daughter. I feel they were not telling Dr. Rutkowski the whole story. My daughter has seen her for over 20 years and this is heart breaking. Dr. Rutkowski is a great doctor and really knows how to tend to my daughter. If some one is reading this please have Dr. Rutkowski call me. Kelly will bring this practice down if they continue to have someone like that working there. C. Sewell

I don't understand the negative reviews. Wife and I spend about 6 months a year in Maryland. During our visit, we both contracted the Shingles Virus. Went to a local hospital emergency room and were so disappointed with the staff. We had concerns about exposure to our grandchildren and our expecting newborn grandchild. Hospital PA sat on the computer and looked up the Shingles Virus and repeated what she was reading. Two days later, we contacted MPCP and spoke to a very nice lady; Aileen. Aileen was genuinely concerned about our situation and she went out of her way to get us both in to see a doctor. When we arrived the staff was very welcoming and got us right in to see Dr Sheth. Dr Sheth was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions including our concerns of being exposed to our newborn grandchild. Overall, we had a great experience and are now considering having MPCP be our primary care health provider and using the doctors in Florida as our secondary. Thank you very much Dr Sheth for understanding our situation and taking good care of us.
