Dr. Rabenhorst and Tammy Jett-Parmer are gone from the practice. If they were still there, 5 stars, easy. However, this has gone from a medical practice with a physician and a PA to one without an MD or PA, which leaves all of us who need a physician in the lurch. The transition was not handled well (hence the 1 star) I got an email on 5/3 stating that Dr. Rabenhorst was leaving, no mention or announcement that Tammy had left. I have been with Dr. Rabenhorst/Tammy since she opened the practice 11 years ago. The new owner states she will bring a physician on board, we shall see...but for now, the way the transition was handled was not professional, nor is the lack of returning my telephone calls to the office.

My initial consultation was a fantastic experience and I am looking forward to continuing my journey towards health with this practice! Dr. Rabenhorst really took the time to get to know me, understand my concerns and issues, and review my history. Sasha was an amazing help in the pre-appointment setup and post-appointment checkout. If you are looking for a practice that will treat you using a full spectrum of methods, I definitely recommend IFM!

This is the first doctor's office that I have looked forward to going to. I'm finally in control of my health and wellness — it's a feeling I've never had at any other average doc's office. I feel like Dr. Rabenhorst is genuinely interested in listening to her patients and finding solutions that work best for them. She's honest and gentle, as well! Denise is a great office admin/receptionist and it's always nice seeing her before and after appointments. I drive from Gaithersburg and it's definitely worth it!
