Only giving one star because I can't give 0..Dr. Mcollum already had his mind made up about my diagnosis because I have a diagnosis of FIBROMYALGIA.. so if you have fibro, don't go to this doctor..was unwilling to listen to my concern

I have to give a 2 star bc I had to call them back to set up another appointment to see my foot doctor there when they was supposed to call me when they got her schedule and didn't. My first visit there was ok some of the nurses was nice some wasn't kinda rude I thought. I hope my next appointment in Sep will way better so I can rate higher 😉!!! Have a good day

My experience there was very disappointing.  Dr. R. Smith was lacking in chair-side manner, seemed arrogant and was unwilling to consider my concerns.  This was my first visit there and it was for a painful and persistent ingrown fingernail; I was so disappointed in his disdain that I left without having him operate on my finger. He charged me $150 for "looking at it".  As a self-pay person (no medicare or insurance) this hurt me in the pocketbook as well as my feelings.  I had to go elsewhere to have my finger treated.  The lady at the check in/out desk was very nice and it is for her that I give a star.

Had a terrible experience went there with shoulder pain they sent me for a MRI of my neck and when that didn't show anything they didn't even order a MRI of my shoulder I'll never go back to any doctors that r with the University of Tennessee my primary care is with the University of Tennessee as well and will not order a MRI of my shoulder I have had several appointments and still in a lot of pain this has been the worse experience I have ever had
