OUR REHAB MISSION:
We understand each patient is pausing a lifestyle that is full of activities and purpose. Our rehab programs are designed to get each patient back on their feet in ways that are meaningful and familiar.

SKILLED NURSING:
Our facility provides much more than care for long-term residents. We promote recovery from surgery, injury, and serious illness. Our in-house team of nurses and professionals create a comfortable place for all residents.

REHABILITATION:
Our in-house rehab team customizes every therapy program to meet the individual needs of each residents. The rehab rooms are energetic with state of the art equipment to help get residents back on their feet as soon as possible.

THERAPY:
Physical Therapy - targeted to develop, maintain, and restore maximum movement, strength, and functional abilities.

Occupational Therapy - working to restore functional skills like sensory motor integration, coordination, and fine motor skills.

Speech Therapy - rehabilitation treatment focused on improving speech, language, cognition, voice, and the ability to swallow.

SUB-ACUTE SERVICES:
Our sub-acute unit allows us to treat patients that may require a higher and more complex level of care such as: ventilator care, tracheostomy care, IV-therapy, pain management, 24-hour respiratory care, G-tubes, J-tubes, NG-tubes, enteral feedings, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).

RECREATION:
Games, religious meetings, gardening, social and recreational activities, arts and crafts, shopping trips, and more.
