My experience with ups customer center was far below expectations. The guy that was there seemed not to want to do his job he gets paid for, he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. FedEx wouldn't treat me like this they'll do there job 1,2,3. Also I don't work for ups so when he asked me to scan was incorrect and lazy

I’m at this station now, 11/16 at 5:52 PM ET. The gates are up and there is a sign that says “out to lunch”. Going to sit here and wait I guess since I need to overnight a large package that can’t go in drop boxes. Will report back when I have an update. Says it’s “open” until 9:00 PM

i’ve been coming here for years. They’re friendly if you’re friendly. Just be patient. It can be a very busy place so kindness goes a long way.

Tip: you can’t drop off your amazon returns here. But they were very helpful explaining this to me.
