UPS Customer Center

Just to let you know. As of now during this Pandemic, Anyone doing returns, pick-ups, and drop-offs, The Customer Center opens at 10am and closes at 2pm, M-F. My experiences were cool. Did 2 returns and everything else went smooth.

We returned a package which was delivered to us in area. The customer be service lady was very very helpful and she seen that it was someone else medicine sent to our address. Contacted CVS special meds shipment department and took care of the return...Thank You UPS Lady

My packages always showed delivered from this company but we never received our items. I’m starting to believe UPS is hiring nothing but thieves. My home camera shows no delivery. I will never use this company again.

Packages never delivered always nothing we can do its not us it's you feeling. This was my package on 12/10/19. Not delivered to me but to pickup point. SMH! Disappointed!

I love and trust this place with all of my delivery of packages. The employees are efficient, professional, and pleasant. If you need to have a package delivered you too can trust UPS.

Finally able to talk to human being at UPS. Currently only allowing 2 people in the customer service center. Easy to park and get to once you realize entrance is actually on Bonanza east of MLK
