2 Gold Street is the hidden gem of FiDi. The door staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and make us feel safe. The apartments are spacious with newer kitchens and appliances and plenty of cabinet space. The amenities are above and beyond with a 15 yrd unconfirmed indoor pool, spacious gym, dual pool tables, lounge, child play room, dual laundry rooms and outstanding rooftop garden. The amenities are rarely crowded and often make living in the city feel relaxing.

While apartment hunting I was impressed with most of the TFC building and I am happy that I I ended up renting one of their best building !

Pricey but worth it. Among if not the best luxury rental building in Financial District in terms of facilities, amenities, conditions and residential staff.

Broken elevators and waiting 10 minutes for the elevator to come with a line that is so long that it leaves the building's front doors is what you have to look forward to if you live here. The saving grace of this building are the wonderful doormen.

Best building ever, honestly Daveed IS literally one of the best agents at TFC and I rented with them a lot! He sells the building himself! Wouldn’t be a 2 gold without Daveed!

Never had any issues maybe for the last 3 years when I do delivery to the building with amazon uber etc, but for last couple of months especially 1 weekend front desk staff give me attitude and it's not good because I need to feel free when I came to the building, still same no changes so I have to update

Lived here for two years and had generally great experiences with management and maintenance! Thanks 2 Gold for being a great home.

Nice and clean building and most of front desk friendly,but today had bad experiences with one of Male staf I think he is new staff,I went to for delivery Sunday around 1:35 pm but the way he treated me unprofessional and rude ,has no respect for delivery person,I always go to this building for delivery for the last 5 years , never had issues, I think he need to learn how to treat everyone same way!

BEST rental building in the New York Financial District area. Amenities include: Concierge, Gym, Lounge, Live-in Super Media Room Swimming Pool and more... The wrap around roof deck has the best NYC views. Oasis in the city : Best of all, the building staff is AMAZING!!!!
