I came in early with an understanding that there is parking off site. The guard gave me directions to the lot that didn't exist. If you have a appointment, and hour early is all you get, as far parking if you want an adventure take directions from the little liar running the security check-in. I know I had a blast , I went over on my hour's and I'm parked in some lot that will tow u away so I can not get out of the driver's seat. I told the man if I left there I would be in violation of course he mentioned that it was not his problem. I'll be honest fellow OTR driver's, if I even have someone look at me funny guard shacks getting flatten and I'm heading to the house.

So disappointed in this company taking advantage of my misfortune. Cost me $250 to unload because my truck broke down and I was an hour late!

I must have just gotten lucky. Got in at 0530 and was out on the road by 0700. I found everyone to be quite friendly. I only gave it 3 stars because of the tight parking and I can surly see the potential for major chaos. There are some tricks but I say there is no substitute for going in with a smile and a great attitude. They have rules they have to follow just like we all do. I'm not so sure I would want to have to deal with all of the negativity a lot of truckers bring to the table.

It's fine minus the wait at 5.30 am a ppt. No getting in early here. Wait in line until waved in. Lol the old Mayne guards little annoyed be mindful. Prepaid, boom !!! Bumpers seem quick on unloads. Maybe 2 1/2 hours plus 30 min 30 shock with sleep. Vending a joke, bathroom could use an upgrade of Texas friendly😆just sayin, easy docks us food drivers rule the realm
