They have a self service kiosk

Very rude staff and inefficient. Employees are not capable to perform their job.

USPS is notorious for their customer service, so I went in with no expectations. My visit was pleasant and quick though, and the employees working were as nice as they come.

We had a great experience at this post office. All the workers were extremely pleasant and helpful. We got our sons’ Passport renewed by Beatrice. She was efficient and pleasant and overall lovely to deal with.

Went there to inquire about my important mails which I did not receive. The staff are so rude and have so much of attitude. How could they even possibly treat people with such attitude, very bad customer service. Thankfully the supervisor was there and she gave me the information about the number to call for further details.

Worker literally says I'm going on lunch break go get lunch I'll be back. Like no notice at all. I guess they can just do what ever they feel. The thing is there was only one person ahead and we were last. So only two people she had fill out passports application for.
