US Post Office

I live in the neighborhood serviced by this post office and drive by 5 days a week. There's almost always a queue of cars 6 deep waiting to enter the small lot. There are only 11 stalls in front, 12 if you count the handicapped stall. Do few customers know about the large public parking across Pensacola Street, or are they afraid there won't be enough open stalls? That said, the post office staff provide fast service. Two counters open, and there is a hallway of P.O. boxes in the back. One deducted for the inconvenient location-- Lunalilo is a one way street going Ewa, and Pensacola is also one way going towards Ala Moana.

96822 P.O.Totally incompetent. Twice had bad Hold Mail situations. First one, they continued to deliver. Now they have LOST 3 weeks of my First Class mail and only delivered magazines and catalogs. Informed delivery had advised me I have much more than that.

Went to buy a stamp for 66 cents, and paid $20.01 since I needed change for something later. The cashier only gave me 35 cents. I told her twice I gave her $20.01, and she couldn't even remember if she gave me change but then said I gave her $1. Then she asked me if the package that she had on the counter from her previous customer was mine and I was like "that was from your previous customer." She can't even remember who or what she helped with the customer right before, and I overhearded her say that she accidentally put today's year is 2025. She took down my information and told me that she will call back today or tomorrow if the cash register is off. I sort of have my doubts, but we'll see. Never coming here again, even if it means I have to drive to the Ala Moana location.

Rude lady working behind the counter. Asked a question about mailing an item to Maui and she slides me a priority mail sticker and told me to fill it out on the side counter that wasn’t being used. I did it and got back in line and patiently waited. I get to her again and she says to the man in line behind me, “oh I was helping her earlier, I’ll help you next”, and he says, “that’s okay, she was in line in front of me this whole time” Then she rudely says to me, “I told you, you gotta tape the box” which she did not tell me to do the first time and again tells me to stand to the side. I moved down and she said, “further” really?! and proceeds to help the man that was standing behind me. It literally took me less than 10 seconds to tape it and do what she should’ve done. No Aloha!!

2-stars for location for non-neighbors. The parking larger lot requires you to cross a busy street. Did not feel safe pushing stroller across this one-way, underpass.

Parking lot is very small. But the staff usually seems fast and friendly.

It's my mistake to put old address for deliver my package. Calling them to update collect address before they sent my package to wrong address. Been calling local office never picking up the call. Called 1-800. Said that it's not there business hour. Clearly said on web site that 9~freaking 430pm. If you not gonna calls the customer back why do you even ask us to leave the voice mail ? This is worst customer service I ever encountered.

The employee name Tina was horrible rude person but the supervisor is very beautiful person and nice

I went in 15minutes before closing to send a package. Shirley helped me and she was very professional, patient,helpful and kind. She was amazing and I am so grateful. Well pleased.
