I’m always vigilant going to USPS because you just never know what you’ll be met with but today was truly the experience I always want to have going to USPS. I went around 9:30 am 6/25/24 and was met with a friendly greeting followed by exceptional service. I don’t remember the women’s name that helped me but she was so great and helpful!!!
After reviewing the rest of the post offices in the area, I decided to take a chance on this location! At this location, you’ll find an amazing team that is super friendly and awesome. I will definitely be coming exclusively to this location for all my shipping needs!
The mailman on our route just doesn't show up at all on certain days, it will show a package arriving, and then I don't get any mail the day
I have lived all over the US, and nowhere have I dealt with the complete incompetence of the Denver area USPS. Due to being a handicapped senior, I order a majority of my necessary items on the net. Deliveries are never on time or even close, and a current package has been in transit from Denver to Golden for 9 days. This is beyond absurd, and should be investigated.
It’s been one of those days of just one difficult thing after another. The last place I expected to find comfort was the post office. Vaughn was just so thoughtful in his demeanor while helping me package things up that after leaving I felt this huge sense of relief about life. Thanks Vaughn.
STAY AWAY! DELIVERY APPT FOR 6:00AM, GOT A DOCK AT 1PM....IT IS ALREADY 3PM AND THE TRUCK STILL NOT EMPTY. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK, BUT YOU WILL BE SITTING HERE ALL DAY. LAZY WORKERS.

The man working here, Brian, was incredibly kind, helpful, and expedient. I'm also really grateful that this location is open late so I can visit after work. Great USPS branch!
According to the tracking information for a package I received, my parcel was incorrectly, routed from Omaha to Denver instead of from Omaha to Lincoln. Someone at “Denver CO Distribution Center” apparently caught the mistake and sent the package back to Omaha, where they got it right that time and sent it on to Lincoln. Nice job folks!
The worst driver ever in this facility. Guy has to go back to driving school. Can’t park at all, don’t know how to make u-turn. Starting problems and cursing with other drivers. Its not expectable !!!!
