4 pm Tuesday after a holiday weekend and they have one clerk working. Ten people in line waiting. I honestly feel bad for her. Hire some postal workers. Maybe pay them more, rather than sending billions to Ukraine.
At time this post office can be very busy like most but the staff here is friendly and courteous and willing to help the customers out most people come unprepared on what they're sending. This location is kept relatively clean and free of clutter. This location does not offer passport applications.
The worst post office I’ve encountered. I’ve had more package deliveries messed up in the last six months than I have my entire life. Drivers will routinely forget to deliver packages that are on their trucks and mark them as undeliverable. When packages are held here, they don’t notify you. I’ve been trying to contact their manager after the usps customer service gave me their number to find a missing package, but the line has been busy for 2 days now.
The building I live in is a new according to the P.O address, thus it is on an “ancillary” delivery route. Routinely I get notices from “Informed Mail” saying mail is being delivered but it never arrives. I have filed many complaints about this, but no one is fixing the problem.
Apathetic and unhelpful staff. Dishonest about marking packages “delivered” or “ready to pick up”. I hope I never have a package end up having to pass through here again.
I had to put a star in order to post this review. Today's experience At the Montclair location on 11th Ave. Denver, CO. Doesn't deserve a star. I will no longer be going into this location unless a certain 3 people are working. As the only customer in line. This is what I observed for about 3 minutes. The two ladies working the front seemed to not want to help me. I was only there to pick up packages I have being held at the post office due to not having a regular mail delivery person. The tall one treats the work place as a dating scene. She has even hit on my husband. The short one acts as if getting packages or giving any kind of assistance is just to much for her. On a different day she almost wasn't going to get my packages because I didn't have tracking numbers even though She knew my packages were being held at the office. The mail delivery person the post office has given our route to complains about the fact that she has to sort out our mail and leave it for me to pick up. The impression left on a loyal customer is not a good one! I have been going to this location for a year and a half with thimes of being in there daily or multiple times a day. I have never had this bad of an experience. Today was the worst experience ever. Please do not remove my review and fix the problems.
USPS Denver regularly delivers my packages to the wrong address. I repeatedly have to file a claim and request the shipper to do the same so this USPS location will make any effort to track down my usually now damaged package and deliver it to the correct address.
USPS did not deliver my package. Instead, they had me drive over and wait in line for 30 minutes to retrieve it. I thought the whole point of the post service was to deliver packages.
Waiting in line watching a lady throwing packages through a window six feet away. Now I see why my stuff gets to me broken sometimes. I really expected more from the post office, it tends to be so much better than UPS.
The absolute rudest & inconsiderate mail carrier Omar in our neighborhood near Mayfair park. Carriers are supposed to drop off packages that do not “weigh more than 70 lbs.”. This person refused TWICE to deliver our package- saying “our mailbox was full” packages are always dropped off on our porch. We have called the post office twice with the most unhelpful response. Look- we have always been in support of the USPS and appreciate their services- “save the Postal Service” we buy stamps, sign the petitions, call our representatives & use the USPS for our business shipping - even at a higher rate;however, employees like this are making the argument difficult to sustain.
