Came here to do a smog test and was told it’ll be 20 minutes and I end up staying 1 hour to get the smog check when it only takes 5 mins. Have people sitting around chit chatting taking their sweet time. Yes it’s $9.99 but is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. They won’t value your time. I’m a business owner and now I’m late to open up my own Business. Thanks U.S.A Auto Service. You won’t have my business anymore!! Just be honest with your customers and give them proper time it actually takes.

For years I did my oil change etc. but this time I needed to get my breaks checked 11/12/2022 and was told that I needed new rotors and breaks, front and back and also when I break something was leaking, I said ok just change my break pads, he said no you need to pay $480 to do the full breaks. I told him to show me the rotors and they were fine I know how to check them myself. I told him I didn’t want his services and left. The next day I found a mechanic to check the car, my front break pads were at 80% good! the back breaks were good too, the rotors they were in great condition, the leak…. What leak? NO LEAK! Everything was fine… Being a woman they always try to rip you off I will never go to that place again.Service: Brakes

Reasonable prices, friendly service, and very honest people! If they make a mistake on the quality of service, they will make it right. Thomas is one of the most honest mechanics I have used. If you are looking for cheap oil change and smog check,you can come here. BUT pls don’t listen to them any else services need to be done. After oil change and smog check,they told me my break pads need change. Need another 35mins. But 1hr later my car still hanging there,I told them if you guys didn’t start yet,just put it back,I have to go to work. Then they start to do it. I ask them if I can see my old break pads. You know what!the back break pads are super thick and new. I’m so mad,because I changed my mind twice to give up changing the back one,!but the manager keeps saying it’s not safe. I inquired him that you said it need change,but it still thick!pls be honest!I won’t pay for it!! He gave me free back brake pads at last,but I won’t come here again. DO A HONEST BUSINESS!! don’t try to rip off your customers!

The did not do the job i ask them to do. But the charge me for full amount even before they start the job those people Very disunity when i came back to them to fix it they say we don't have time for you leve the car when we have we will look at it maybe take few days which the problem was only brake system bleeding even i printed a paper how to do it from the dealership how to do but they refuse to do it Don't go there they are not good people and they don't know what they do I Lost my money and they didn't fix my car.Service: Brakes

This business is using cheaper basic services to lure customers in. Then they cheat customers with some fake diagnosis. I used their services for a transmission leak. They told me the transmission cooler is bad, the alternator is bad, the cat convertor is bad. Not a honest business. Do not use them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Go on for an oil change should take 10 minutes takes over an hour because they have to find 100 things wrong with car every time. Each mechanic gives different quotes. Got a quote for shocks and struts $1500 another says 595. Oil change cheap might start going somewhere else pay more for less headache and up selling overpriced service chargesService: Transmission

They drove my car without my permission ran my gas out my car, lied about the part not arriving on time car was there for 2weeks and I prepaid $1000 dollars. Still waiting for my refund for the part that they never put on my car. I've learned never to prepay again, check my mileage and take photos of my car before leaving it for service. They are so unprofessional and someone needs to take responsibility 4 my rim and my hubcap. I recommend no one leaves their car with them because they lie and they are very manipulative and they hide behind one another instead of treating people right and fair with quality service.
