Thank you USA property management nice and easy process. Once approved moved in with no issue and the ladies at the front desk are very nice & helpful. Never did get those gate keys replacements, also unable to renew lease due to property owner wanting to sell it’s only been a yr and if we didn’t ask early we would’ve only gotten a 30 day notice to vacate. Will update if any funny business goes on with our security deposit cause this house is the same exact way it was when we moved in worn carpet and all.

USA has managed my properties in Las Vegas for five years, and I have been quite happy. They have been very responsive, honest, and have looked out for my best interests. I have had several difficult tenants over the period; USA was able to get the places cleaned and turned over with a new tenant very quickly. Property management is a tricky business; they are fair and will try to work with you, as long as you are reasonable. I definitely would recommend USA management to anyone looking for a property manager, especially to absentee landlords. I live 5 hours by flight to Las Vegas.

Everyone in the office was very helpful and efficient with everything. They always answer their phones and call back in a timely manner. They are the best property management I've dealt with. They really made the whole process of getting into a house very quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Trina and Melissa and the rest of the staff involved.

One of the best property management companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Trina and her attentive and friendly staff are very efficient dealing with any complaints or maintenance requests I’ve submitted and the companies they use to accommodate the necessary repairs/replacements are extremely professional. Nothing but wonderful experiences with this fantastic company thus far!

Honestly the best company I have rented from here in Vegas. I have no complaints at all. Everyone I have spoken to over the last year and 10 months have been wonderful. The house was well kept and they documented everything before I moved in so they can fully compare now that I have moved out. Donna did our walk through today and made the whole process amazing. Verna is who I spoke to with any questions or concerns and she handled everything in such a timely manner. I would 100% recommend them.

Well I lived in one of USA Realities properties in Henderson Nevada. And Verna Love which is no longer with the company But she was one amazing individual and so caring and Melissa was my to go to when Verna wasn’t available and I met many other’s very professional classy business lady’s Frances and my Maintenance guy was amazing he was a life savor or angel sent from above in many situations. Great company my daughter misses the area so much and loved it

Donna walked me through every step of the move in AND move out process and made it so easy. It's not just her, though, everyone in the office had the same gracious spirit. They obviously value relationships with their renters very highly. I can't recommend them more.

USA Real Estate is a very professional establishment. They worked with us during our difficult time of moving out and their communication is excellent. Don't get me wrong, no establishment is perfect. There will always be things to improved upon but compared to some places I've rented from in the past, these ladies do an amazing job. Thank you!
