Doesn’t do their job. Do not show up for schedule pick ups. Scans in delivered or doesn’t scan at all. So there’s no tracking details for me or my customer. Basically praying it makes it to its destination. Brandon the supervisor upholds this behavior making excuses for his carriers instead of reprimanding them. This is unacceptable because this is affecting my business. They might not like their jobs but I love mine and my customers pay for priority shipping so that’s what they should get. All my packages are sent out within 24hrs of the order but USPS isn’t doing their job.
I normally enjoy this place, super fast paced and chill workers. Today I mailed out a box that was just under 14 lbs and found the price to be high, as I’d mailed an 11 pound box for under $30 just 2 months prior. I tried to pick a different option, and the girl was deadpan the whole time, she nonchalantly attempted to charge me $125 instead! I said nvm I’ll go with the $40 charge and left feeling overcharged and confused.
I did Fingerprints FBI was very fast. The girls very efficient, was fast. The best post office indeed.
My package was delivered to the wrong address. Right across the way, different address but same apartment number come on now. Sometimes same address different apartment Postal worker to busy on the phone. Alway blocking the driveway. My Bath and Body works coupons always missing. Need a new Postal worker.
They have a machine for self service after hours. But It's a routine that they lock the mail drawer the ones for put to Sent your package. The machine is locked too. You can't buy a stamp It's always after hours and weekends. Checking please this post office lazy group. Have a happy Easter
A package of mine bounced because of some issues with my address. After having significant difficulty relaying the issue over the phone and knowing it would just bounce again the following day, I elected to pay the post office a visit to see if they could help with the issue. Not only were they respectful and accommodating, but the female attendant went out of her way to make sure that the issue was properly clarified so it wouldnt happen again. I ended up being able to seamlessly collect my package at the post office the day after, avoiding it potentially being sent back to the return address. They honestly saved me from a potentially rather large inconvenience.
I had a big box to ship. Went in to ask if it exceeds the weight limit before i go in and out with the box. I asked politely if i can ask a quick yes or no question. The staff, a lady, was really rude. She did not listen to me nor gave a chance to ask the question. Yet, she was not assisting any customer but talking to the staff next to her. That sick attitude really destroyed my mood of the day.
Mailman can never get packages to the correct house I constantly get packages for the wrong address and my packages get delivered to neighbors down the street. How hard is it to read the address before you deliver
I have always witnessed the staff at this location be incredibly rude and unprofessional to their customers and especially impatient to their non-English speaking customers. However, today was the last straw. I’ve had it. I’ve never had a neutral experience from this location. I always walk out with such uncomfortable feelings. Today one of the employees that goes by the name on his name tag JE was incredibly disrespectful and mean. The second I approached the desk I became and inconvenience to his day and so he let me know that in the way he spoke to me, in the tone he used towards me, in the vocabulary he decided to use, in the way he decided to belittle me because I had made a mistake. I felt attacked and as if he was trying to pick a fight. I was nothing but nice and professional to him and he persisted to degrade me until I had to walk away. I would hope that this business can show some integrity, by better training or selecting their employees and taking this review into account and consider that although this man might have been having a bad day and his actions are not acceptable, employees tend to outperform when they are valued in the workplace. I have not only witnessed his cruelty but almost every employee at this facility is taking advantage of the authority they have. I am very disappointed at this business and I will do whatever it take to avoid coming back here again!
Went in the post office in the beginning of September for a passport. Waited about 15-20 while the clerk finished with two folks that were ahead of me. My paperwork was complete as I had already visited the passport site to see what was required. I paid all of my fees. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks before I received my passport and it actually only took half that time. I am happy I chose this location. I think that people should plan accordingly and don't wait til the last min. My trip isn't until mid- November.
