Friendly staff and not time consuming. Helpful with carrying packages from vehicle when too heavy. Overall great customer service.

I love this UPS store! The employees are so friendly and helpful. This is my go to store for shipping because it is cheap and fast. This store is so efficient and awesome. If you get the afternoon manager the man in the blue shirt he is great! He really keeps the other employees in check and runs the store smoothly.

I have been doing business with this location for over 10 years. I have a box there, and I do all of my shipping through them. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and James, the manager and owner, has never failed to get personally involved to make sure service is top-notch. I highly recommend them!

I enjoy going here, the employees are great.

Their rating on here says it all. Avoid! Prepaid shipping and they wouldn't print the label without charging an additional $2. Meanwhile if I would have just bought the label right there, it would have been free. Tried to mail a letter, but apparently their machine is down and I was advised to go to the post office instead.
