I am new to Archery and I came to the Salt Lake store where I was greeted by Josh. I had came in to the store a year earlier and upon returning Josh remembered my name, which stood out! He was kind and patient with all of my questions about archery and giving me advice about bows and clearly he stood out as a good guy, a good man. I picked out a bow based on our conversations as I knew this was the only place I wanted to buy my bow based on how great Josh was! I was in a walking boot at the time, and Josh went out of his way to get it set up and dialed in for my hunts! I have a great deal of gratitude for the great service I received at Humphries Archery and for Josh and his top notch and world class service! If you are looking for a place where the customer is #1, and the service is top notch, this is hands down the place! Easily the best bow shop around. This is by far the best archery pro shop around! Everyone here is super knowledgeable and respectful. These guys can fix any issue you might come across, and they will do it with an attention to detail that is phenomenal. If you are debating where to go, look no further!

This place is awesome! I went in to have my sight adjusted on a bow that I had purchased elsewhere. They fixed it and did not charge me a dime. They also checked my draw weight for me. They were super helpful and I am going to shop for my next bow there.

Josh @ Humphries is incredible. Not only did they help me a year ago with my new setup they currently are assisting me with another bow. Found out my bow was stolen days before my Turkey hunt, in 2 days they had a new bow for me with all the required specs I needed. Highly recommend Josh and Humphries Archery.

My son and I are new to archery. These guys were very knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone! I didn't feel awkward or stupid at all for being new to all of it and they got me a sweet set up! I'm stoked! I'll definitely be back in the future. Shoutout to Nick Blake for the awesome service!

Great little shop. Guys that work in there are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bought two bows there now and spent countless dollars at this point. They have set up both bows and have been willing to Help me figure out tuning questions and issues that I have run into. They have a pretty large selection of bows from Matthews, Bowtech, PSE and Hoyt. Go pull up a seat at their countertop and chat with them about your archery needs. Josh will help you out!

Wow what a great place, I’m a total noob to archery, Josh was th only employee when I went, he was gandering 15 customers at the same time and did it with a great attitude and willingness to listen and helped he set up the bow I got for my son and wife he was patience and helpful, it’s worth the drive just for the help and quality service I got

This is the best shop I have worked with. I bought my bow from another shop close to my home. When the bow finally arrived, I was told it would be 14 days before they get could get it setup. I immediately drove to Humphries and they had it dialed in four days. They were evening willing to stay after hours due to my work schedule being crazy to ensure everything was working properly. If you want a good customer experience, hit up Humphries.

Super helpful! I'm new the archery and they took care of me super well! I went to another archery shop not saying who and I felt like they didn't care about helping me since I was new. But Humphries answered all my questions and welcomed me warmly
