I took my X55 in for some customization & service work. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed after the work was done. I visited with Vern and he reassured me they would get things taken care of. When I went in to pick up the boat I was pleasantly surprised by their efforts. They went the extra mile to make sure things were 100% What could have been a negative experience turned into a very positive one. It's always refreshing to interact with a company that values their customers and does what it takes to see a job through to the finish. Thanks for a great experience Vern!!!

Great Service! I had been waiting to winterize my boat, hoping to get in one more trip, but with the low temps we are supposed to get up where I live I was looking for someplace that could winterize on short notice. I called around and most places were a week or more out. When I called here and explained my situation they were great. They got me on the schedule days ahead of anyone else and said I could bring it in sooner and they would try to work it in even before my scheduled appointment. I dropped off Thursday for a Tuesday appointment and got a call Friday letting me know that one of that mornings appointments had shown up late and they had been able to finish my winterization 4 days early. They also include the cost of summerizing the boat in the winterize price so there will be no charge when I come back to get my boat ready for next season.

This place is unbelievable! Great experience buying our first boat! Couldn't have one complaint if we tried! So happy!!! Strongly recommend!!!
