Dr. Cuillo is one of the BEST,if not the BEST podiatrist in the city of Philadelphia. His attention to detail is on the highest level. He Is an excellent surgeon. An excellent podiatrist. And in general and all-around excellent person. As long as he's in practice I am going to be one of his patients. He's a doctor that cares.

Has offices staff yet will not have them bill insurance for things he wants done. This is nothing but highway robbery and this man should lose his license for unethical practices.

I remember going to the office and waited over two hours to see the doctor. When i got to see him he said i need surgery and that was it. I walked out and will never go back.
