Great place to stop for a rest and use the sparkling-clean restrooms here. That’s why we stopped, and then we took a little stroll around. Walk down toward the main highway and you’ll see some fascinating rock formations as well. It’s well worth the stop. Beautiful area overall!

Great educational exhibits. The worst visitors center store I've ever seen, though. They were out of all beverages and had just a couple water bottles left in the afternoon. No maps for sale. Pretty apathetic staff. Really surprising for such a lovely park! I'm hoping I just caught it at a bad time. The rest of the park was spectacular.

Beautiful nature park a little on the small side but that makes for a quick visit. If you go, bring cash for the entrance fee as people paying with cards held up the line for everyone. Visitor's center was nice and provided a diverse overview of the park. There are plenty of attractions that are easily accessible from the park roads. If you have time, exit the South entrance and take the long way back by the lake.

If you are visiting here I suggest that you bring a camera. You will want pictures of some of the rock formations and their colors. Very nice place to visit but don't forget to bring water in the summer. It will get hot.

Amazing place to take the whole family! We have been here many times and it is always a treat and a great time. So much beauty! Drive, bike, picnic or just sit and enjoy the immense spance of this amazing park. So much to take in and appreciate! There is a lot of great information about the surrounding area and wildlife when you go into the visitor's center. They sell local honey and other items. Well kept and always a friendly greeting from the staff.
