This law firm has the highest integrity and I would definitely refer anyone that is seeking qualified lawyers. I worked with attorney Jay Drew and his legal assistant Lindsey. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns. They are an excellent team and I'm pretty sure that their colleagues are too.

Parker Van Sant and Angela Johnson were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even when I got very anxious they took my concerns seriously and explained things in a way that took my anxiety level down. My case was settled quickly after Parker took it over and was more that I had expected. I would certainly recommend this law firm.

I was really disappointed in this Law Firm. I trusted them to handle my case but instead they left me with a lot of bills acquired while they were “ representing “ me. The insurance (that I had been paying for full coverage insurance, including uninsured motorist and all the works) had changed my policy after I was hit, lied and said I changed it and had signed it, which never happened. My grandsons were hurt, they were supposed to be representing them also but after a while backed out on them also. I was devastated. The lady that hit me was in their company’s truck and they are bonded, her car insurance lapse that day. I felt that they only wanted to help if they could make money without doing any work. You feel really vulnerable and don’t really know where to start and what to do so you look for someone to guide you. I did all the right things. I had the right coverage so if someone did hit me and wasn’t covered then I was still taken care of. Someone with The insurance company lied and they changed my policy without my permission and said that I signed it( beware of electronic signatures, I learned first hand that they can be manipulated) but you expect your attorney to filter through that because who pays for full coverage and it doesn’t cover anything, NOBODY that’s who. They’re trying to make me pay for my grandchildren medical bills, we racked up all these medical bills and they dropped me as a client, I am really hurt and disappointed . Do yourself a favor and check out the history of your Lawyer, if they have any bad reviews, look elsewhere.

After my accident I was being yanked around by the insurance companies and as a young single mother I had no idea what to do from there. A co-worker of mine recommended that I give a call to Van Sant Law and I instantly knew that I was in great hands. Not only did these guys take the stress and worry out of the entire process but everyone I came in contact with was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
