Mission

We must treat each of our customers as the most important people in our business whether we meet in person, by phone, internet or by mail.

We must treat each of our employees and independent agents with the utmost consideration, training, and fairness. We will follow the "Golden Rule" at all times, to treat others as we ourselves like to be treated. Our employees are out most important asset and our direct line to our customers.

Our marketing approach will be handled in the manner of "soft marketing." We will represent our products and company with sincere honesty and efficiency. We will never high pressure our potential customers and never will we take advantage of their time.

We will stand behind our products through effiecient re-orders, repairs and warranty service. We recognize that training is most important to the continued satisfaction of the use of our products and will strive to provice on an on-going basis.
