Food was so good! The food was deliciousness! I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The service was also great. Nice vibe to the place. Clean and people are spread out. Definitely recommend this place for a meal!
I have class nearby which ends at 11 so this is perfect for me to head on over as that’s their opening time. Although a little disgruntled that they ignoring me standing there for maybe 5-10 minutes in the front, even with me calling out to them. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because a different waitress served me that came a little later and she was lovely. Always attentive. I had the Iced Vietnamese coffee, shrimp summer rolls not pictured as I scarfed it down as soon as I got it and Vietnamese steak frites! So tender. It was a good quick lunch experience, would go again if I had time after class!
Not extremely authentic but it will scratch the itch. I came here at 5pm when they were closing not sure why because their hours indicated open. But they still let me in and served me a hot bowl of Pho. Much appreciated. The service is good. Food is good. Viet food cooked by Hispanic chefs but I will take it in this Tribeca neighborhood. This isn't Chinatown I know.
Finally!!! I’ve waited since the beginning of the pandemic for v cafe to reopen!!! V cafe is hands down the best Vietnamese food you can get in NYC. The pho ga is EXACTLY like the one I ate 5x a week when I lived in Saigon. It makes my heart and stomach happy. Cannot express my love for v cafe enough.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
Place looks nice, recently got renovated. The food here is good and so are the drinks. Decent tasting Pho, have to ask for chili’s to give it a little kick which made it tastier. The mojito was surprising good and complemented the Pho wasn’t expecting that. The rolls are nice and fresh too. Great sit-in lunch option in the area.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
VCafe is just as amazing as I remember from when I was a kid years ago. I finally made it back with my aunt and uncle and had the delicious lemongrass chicken and homemade ginger tea. The server Marta was absolutely lovely and so helpful and kind. The one thing I miss is the chocolate cake with warm coconut milk that got poured over. I still remember that cake from my first visit over a decade ago. Lots of love for VCafe!
Food was average but pricey. Not really authentic Vietnamese cuisine. More fusion.
Very nice Vietnamese restaurant. Had fried rice and coconut shrimp noodle soup. Very delicious. And the price is reasonable.
We were so happy to see this place open again in Tribeca. What a great surprise to see they still have their grilled eggplant dish even though it wasn’t on the menu. The shrimp skewers and Bo luc lac were great.
I love this place and I'm very happy they made it through the tough times. There are a few dishes missing off the menu including one of my favorites, the shredded chicken and cabbage salad. They plant to bring it back soon can’t wait !!
