Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales

My review and issue is in regards to one representative who quoted me one value for a trade-in $800 but instead I was given another value $400. It has been over a month trying to get this issue resolved with promises of emails to supervisors and the opening of tickets to have the trade-in value corrected. I decided to purchase an Iphone 14 within this store based on the quoted value but have since been stuck working out this issue with someone who works maybe three days a week. On top of that, I have been given the same story each time of a 'ticket' to fix the trade-in value. Last time I was in the store I had to sit and watch this ticket be open and provided information that was not given in the past few weeks when we spoke over the phone. This leads me to believe a ticket was not open to fix the current issue. I am willing to change this review rating if the issue is made right but for now I cannot say this store has the best customer service and it is really disappointing. While the difference in amount may seem small to some, if someone tells you one price or in this case value of an item and you make a purchase based on that information, I believe it is their responsibility to uphold it. I hope this review reaches someone that can assist in correcting this issue.

The guys here did a great job of walking me through the process of swapping out and purchasing a new phone. They answered all of my questions, and helped me to understand what I was getting into with the new phone and contract. They acknowledged people as they were coming in, and never made me feel rushed despite how busy it was getting after I had entered the store .

Justin Street was exceptional and gave the greatest customer service I have in my 20 plus as a Verizon customer. I upgraded my granddaughters phone today. Justin was patient, skilled and very knowledgeable. I spent some time in the store and he put my mind to ease and made my experience the best. He is an Asset!!!! Thanks Justin

My family and I worked with the manager of the store to trade in our old phones and get upgrades to the newest IPhone 13 Pro. The process was the smoothest and quickest ever, everything was done within 2 hours. The manager was also kind to check with nearby Verizon stores if there was inventory. Excellent customer service, clean store, peaceful. I would highly recommend anyone to come here!

You could tell that he went out of his way to make things work in a way that would give us the best deal. He was very patient and organized, and set us up leaving with everything we needed. Mark was incredibly professional and experienced. I am completely ignorant when it comes to tech and Mark was helpful and patient and totally knew his stuff!!!! Ask for Mark if you want a knowledgeable sales person who is also kind and friendly and don’t forget…patient!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

Sales Lady Deborah was extremely helpful to my husband and I today. She helped us make very economical decisions on our selections for our family. We were quite pleased with her salesmanship & she was very funny. She has a great attitude. She even went to get the additional phones from another location so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. When I upgrade, I will definitely ask for her assistance. It was a pleasure doing business with her at the Verizon Retail Store.
