Horrible customer service! I went to upgrade my phone, trade in my old phone and upgrade my service plan. The lady that was "helping" us was so rude that we ultimately left to go to the Poplar location. I tried to get her name, but her badge was turned backwards, but she was short with short gold hair. She was cussing and mumbling under her breath saying "I'm sick of entering this sh*t" and other very rude remarks while she was putting my information in her tablet. She couldn't show me a break down of what my new bill would be, explain fees, service upgrade changes etc. She truly acted like we were bothering her!! I guess I should have taken her initial eye roll as a sign to leave when I first told her what I needed help with... Very disappointing.
Chantieele's customer service is top notch. Allnthe reps at the Union store in Memphis were very helpful and patient. They made sure the customers were taken care of and happy.
The service is very slow within the store and Verizon has hired people that doesn't know about cell phones. They only know how to sit there and talk to the same customer they already completed there problem. Then you gotta upload your ID and the server of the build was down for 2 hours and they told me I have to wait the next day to get my phone . And upload my ID because they couldn't send another link when it ain't my fault ‼like serious
I came in expecting a pleasant or an inviting experience, but I was greeted with apathy and lack of concern for my needs. I came in happy while try to make a joke about wanting a “dumbphone” and left with disappointment and frustration from a lack or receptiveness and wondering if I would get a better experience at a Verizon store in Germantown, TN or Collierville, TN if one exists, I will surely Google it.
The workers was rude to everybody it’s like they had an attitude with everyone for no reason…the morning was10/26/22@ 10:00 am.Verizon employees are usually well mannered and helpful but not this day!!!
20 minutes to 7 & they're closed. I called Verizon when I came here so that I could avoid a situation like this and they wouldn't let me call the store!
Needed information about my account and a new screen protector. Got here 20 minutes before close, and they were gone. I double checked the calendar on the door and confirmed the hours. Nobody even here to tell me they left early or a sign to say anything.
Never been in an out of any cell phone service provider’s location this quickly. Aarion was really helpful. And her coworkers were really nice as well. Good work ladies! Stay up!
A shining example of why I stick with Verizon. Professional, courteous, and quick customer service that resolved my issue in just a couple of minutes. Thank you for having such amazing employees!
Can’t get any help with replacing-new phone I purchased, haven’t had it for 6 months yet and I’m getting the worst service’s ever. I’m transferring my services fast it’s been a phone claim since 8/30/21, and all I’ve gotten is the run around. I do business from my phone and it’s just ridiculous.
