I stopped in to ask a question to Bayleigh and she initially thought my request was funny but happily assisted with informing me of what old Sprint Apps weren't helpful or needed. I think she thought whichever ones I don't use BUT my inquiry was rather which ones are Dead or no longer updated. She was so cute and helpful. I so appreciated her and left knowledgeable and pleased with my service. I prefer this store over the one down the street where the ladies are lazy and careless. This store usually doesn't disappoint once we get past the "I'm a former Sprint cuatomer" hump. I think all stores treat Sprint customers less kind than TMobile. Not in this scenario though.

This was my first time at this location. I recommend KEVIN for all your phone needs. He was an awesome person, with helping my boyfriend and I on getting new phones and also called customer service to get our phones working properly so that we could take our new phones home the same day. He was very patient and had great conversation. He is truly a great respectful person and I would love to see him again for anything else I may need in regards to my phone.

The customer service is outstanding. I wanted to move my account from AT&T. I know I have the option to do this online, but I’m wasn’t sure if I would be doing it right so I went to the T-Mobile store near me, and Raja never seemed inconvenienced by all of my questions and a couple days later, Leticia stayed with me until everything was complete and made sure I was getting the best offer. The customer care demonstrated here was sooooo refreshing!

The manager Andre I think is very rude. He spent the entire interaction with me complaining about how I was asking him to do too many things. He kept insisting that I could do everything over the phone and was trying to convince me to leave and do it that way so he didn't have to actually do any work. He ended up trying to charge me for something without telling me and when I asked him to fix it he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to call T-mobile to get it worked out which I found out was a lie and he could fix it. When I told him that he shouldn't charge people without letting them know he said that I should've know how much it was going to cost. He was very unprofessional the entire time and continuously expressed how he was annoyed that he needed to do so much on my account. I was BUYING things and he was complaining that it was a lot of work to process what I wanted. He also did everything he could to upcharge me. I needed a screen protector and he tried charging me for the most expensive one when I expressed I wanted something cheaper multiple times. He ended up charging my card again for something that I did not authorize and I had to get that reversed as well. He was all around very unhelpful, unprofessional, and exploitative. After spending an hour in the store I still had to call T-mobile to get everything fixed. Know what you want before you go in or he will try to take advantage of you.

Awesome customer service. The people there went above and beyond to help me. I love that particular store because of the people. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They actually care about their customers.

Big shout out to this store. I love this store the representatives are so helpful. All the employees are helpful. I recommend Kevin, Jessie or Leticia. Thank you tmobile for helping me with all my cellular device needs.

Raja was amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and Severn went the extra step to install the screen protectors & put my wife's case on. Would not go anywhere to buy a phone!

I'd like to make this a special review for Brandon and DeeDee. They were awesome with their customer service, you couldn't ask for better. They also held a very clean and greay smelling store, along with a quick check out on paying my bill. Thank yaw. I really don't to often get that here in Memphis, all I can say is thank you.!!! The world need a more people like you.

Excellent experience! Leticia gave wonderful customer service. She was knowledgeable and had a great personality. T-Mobile Leticia is a keeper.
