George was technically knowledgeable, patient and very helpful in getting me started on my new smart phone. He corrected my missteps and took the time to teach me some key concepts.
Very disappointed with my most recent visit. The rep assured me my device was activated on the line, however I found out it wasn't. I asked twice was it activated before I left. When I finally got Tmobile on the phone they quickly resolved the issue and provided great service but not happy with this store experience.
