This place is awesome! The knowledge, patience, and professionalism is unmatched with ANY cell phone store I’ve ever been to. I switched over from AT&T and it wasn’t easy with the port on AT&Ts side but working with Anthony made it bearable. He made the phone calls and was super patient and informative and in the end got everything handled for me. I’ve got to give a shout out to Connor as well because he helped with the initial order of my new phone and transferring of my account and his help was appreciated as well. Honestly I don’t understand why this store only has 3.8 stars. They’re great!
I went in to return a phone as directed by Verizon online services. I was greeted by a gentleman who stated, "Umm, no, we don't do that." I proceeded to show him my email. He said, "Well, I will put you on a wait list to be helped, but I can't promise you anything. When I questioned the wait and why would I would wait if no one is able to take care of my return, his response was, "Well, not to be rude, but you are here on Black Friday." That was not my concern. My concern was waiting when he was not certain of his capabilities in helping me. He gave me a box and advised me to change my return option and go to UPS. I would advise you to seek out another store for your Verizon needs.
Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for 5:00 p.m. at 5:00 p.m. I was told it would be at least an hour. They would not reschedule me. They would also not give me proof of purchase of my phone which is what I needed in order to unlock my Apple account.
My visit to the store was excellent! The manager, Matt, assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the Verizon customer phone support is the worst! If I attempt to call the store, one of my options should be to speak with someone at the store. Instead I had to go through the Verizon Assistant, who finally transferred me to a live agent, who gave me incorrect information. Verizon customer service used to be very good, but in my opinion, is terrible. Customer service is very important to me. I have been with Verizon for 13 years. If it weren't for the network reliability, I would switch because of the experiences I have had lately.
Excellent customer service. I was promptly greeted and able to take care of a an order I needed to cancel right away. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
Extremely disappointed in the manager at this store. His attitude from the beginning was poor and he did not want to help. I was Simply dropping an old phone in for the credit, as advised by a store associate from the same store that sold the new one to me, and the manager told me that wasn’t how things were done and that I needed to ship it in. We were told there was a wait while the manager walked around without helping anyone. The store became busy and he completely disappeared. Once I was finally helped it took 2 mins to trade the old phone in and leave.
Rob provided the worst customer service experience I have ever seen and/or heard of in my life.
They always help with what I need. Specials are really good!
It was busy but every person was taken in order. The person that helped me fixed my phone in 5 min. Customer service was awesome.
