Osbourne was a wonderful consultant, and he ensured that I had everything I needed without pushing anything on me. Not to mention the warm feeling of the store since the renovation. I would definitely recommend this store!

I was twice in this location and Gregory Cheek helped me a lot on both occasions. He is very meticulous person, gave me all possible options on upgrade of my cell phone. It turned out that he is the store manager. Thank you!

If I could give them no stars I would! Poor customer service. No eagerness to help clients. Don’t know how this location is still open..

Abusive staff made errors that cost me my essential work phone. They deliberately chose not to solve the problem. They would not answer the phone when their bosses called them to instruct them to help me. Dangerous drug addicts will accost you while you wait outside the doors. Avoid this location.
