They were amazing! It didn't take long for them to fix the screw up made by customer service over the phone. I wish I could deal with people like them everywhere I go!
I placed an order a month ago and it never shipped to me. I had them cancel the order a few days later but never got a refund. Now about 8 hours and 3 weeks later, I've had to file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank because they refuse to refund me for this order.
Arrived as soon as they opened up and the staff was phenomenal! Took under 30 minutes for me to get my upgrade
It was bad because of Verizon system was not operational. I spent over 25 minutes waiting for a phone that wouldn't go thru the system!!
