First-time visitor. I am also a new Verizon member now. Was greeted promptly and then assigned a worker who would become available later on. The fact I was Deaf didn't cause any "culture shock," and the workers there wrote back and forth with me. They helped get a transfer pin from the previous company to make the number transferred and painless. The environment was clean and well lit. Shelves stocked and clean. The only reason it's not a perfect 5 is because some of the prices were high and I couldn't enroll into easy pay and paperless billing right away to save on the next bill. As a result I will not be seeing the savings on the first bill in a few weeks. Hopefully the internet estimate of 82. Will go down to 72 on the next bill after this one.
My wife & I would like to thank Jackson for a great customer experience service today. He explained all options for changing out our 4 phones & other devices. He answered all our questions pleasantly & Professionally. Jackson even stayed past his end time to finish the setup. We’d also like to thank the manager for helping with phone transfers. We’d like to say thank you for the best customer service.
Collin was very helpful during our trip to Verizon. We had some difficult times with passwords and setting up a new phone. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable.
Went here to upgrade the phone and Celeste named rep was extremely unprofessional and rude, was loud and did not even listen to what we wanted to say! She claimed that the only way they could verify your account is through photo id, when asked for alternative verification she didn’t even provide options and was keep being loud and rude. Come to find out that there was other verification option. Thanks to Vanessa other rep, she was very professional, helpful and deescalated the situation and was able to verify the account through email.
Peyton was so helpful and patient while we worked through issues with our plan. He listened and recommended options to get through the challenges we were facing and kept a positive attitude through a not so positive situation.
I have been a customer of Verizon for 7 years. I had a horrible activation experience but because of specialist Leia I was okay with it. I would like to give Leia a big shout out. She was amazing at advocating on my behalf and with the help of Manager James 5 days later my phone was activated. Leia went above and beyond in her customer service!
You would be better off just using the Verizon website or going somewhere like Best Buy. The staff and management are not not really concerned about helping existing customers.
I switched from Boost thinking this would be my better option.. I was told I'd have a $200 credit for signing up and the phone was mailed to me and I never got it VIA mail.. That's due to not being informed I had to sign for it to get it through USPS. Was told I would have it by the following Monday and I never even received it.. We go into this Verizon store get told we will have a credit on our next bill... They literally got all of the billing info and even phone number wrong.. We go to get that taken care of and they keep the wrong number and plan on my profile and start a whole new plan with the right number and same phone... I was told my first month would be comped and my phone was shut off yesterday.. Called customer service and get it taken care of and here I am 6am no phone service and the phone is off.. I highly recommend going elsewhere..

Our check in was not very smooth as we didn’t seem like a priority to any of the people greeting. We later met with Garrett who was a total rockstar. He laid everything out clear as day and was able to give us every option when buying a new phone and joining a new plan. We left feeling like we got the absolute best deal and best service. So 4 star for the experience but 5 star for Garrett!
