In and out with no fuss. Ordered my phone online and picked it up in the store a few minutes later. Polite and helpful sales staff had my items and answered my questions.

Had an appointment in the area and decided on a whim to stop by and get my family on one plan. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Carlos was amazing! So patient and helpful even when a customer got rude with him he remained calm. He’s definitely an asset to Verizon.

Minimao phones on display. Sales person not very friendly or helpful. He didn't have any sales ability. Not concerned with the phone you now have or the reason you are looking for a new phone. .
