I visited the store on 3/1/22 and was happy to see everyone wearing masks. I had to have a new SIM card installed in my iPad since another location had accidentally terminated my cell service. The specialist who helped me, Rev, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He patiently helped me cut through corporate red tape since my account was flagged for possible fraud/theft since I live in another state, and he persisted until everything was running properly. Kudos!
After an unpleasant experience with Verizon online, I went to the Kahala store and was very satisfied with the personal service. The rep Giana? was very patient and friendly and fixed my problems.
I really like this Verizon location. All of the associates old and new are always very friendly and helpful. Doesn't matter if I'm buying a phone, tablet, watch or just a screen saver, they always treat me very well. Always the same great service, never rushed or impatient.
Customer service stinks. Ordered a replacement phone for me when there was a bug on my phone. I removed the bug myself. Guess what? No need replacement phone which is a refurbished phone that is a fraction of the value of your phone and not as good of quality. Went to return my phone at the store in Kahala Mall, which takes all of 2 minutes and they made me wait 1 hour while they sat typing on a computer! They told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Sprint was always way faster and prioritize current customers over new sales. While I was waiting, a guy who was not signed in to wait walks up and asks to pay a bill and they take him right away. Btw, don't accept replacement phones if you can fix it yourself. The original phone you purchase is way better quality, higher functioning and worth way more money.
This past year with Verizon online chat and csr has been tough. I ended up going to the kahala store and got the information I needed. Recommend Kahala store to all.

Service at Verizon's Kahala Mall kiosk gets better and better each time I visit. On the average I visit them once a year - this time to get a SIMM card for the one I misplaced in Europe - and it took me about five minutes and my phone was back in service..easy- peasy! Thanks to Chay, the service representative who helped me. Very professional and friendly!

Black Friday...well couldn't pass up $400 off a new Note 9. Just needed to wait patiently and Sean was the best...lomg day but kept smiling! Awesome Kahala teamwork.
Jacob at the Verizon kiosk is great! He found an older phone for my father and did not try to upsell him technology he did not need. Honest and knowledgeable!
