Got a new Galaxy 4 fitness watch and Moto G stylus phone for $92 out the door when I added an additional line and upgraded to Military Max. Daniel Supersano was very knowledgeable. I walked in only to get the addition and free watch, but he identified that I wal also eligible to get the phone I wanted FREE as well taxes and activation not included.

Yes, I'm finally on given another chance to re-new my ability In working on correcting some parts of my credit report, and raising my credit score. I received an upgrade to a5g Motto Stylist and it's faster than lightening. I like the service, they really want to help out with the early stage growing pains a user goes through with a new device. I give T-Mobile a four star rating because so far , that is what they earned!

Jade was nothing short of AMAZING! My mom's phone broke during our vacation, and Jade was incredibly helpful in getting her a new phone and helping us access all the tickets and other necessary stuff on her old phone. She turned an incredibly stressful situation that nobody wants to deal with into a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

Had to write my own review after I saw this one : "How is your stores phone line busy? You are literally a PHONE COMPANY??" I did not get a busy tone, it was stuck dialing forever.. endlessly. I just wish someone would have picked up and told me to hold on, call back later, put me to voicemail, or SOMETHING. Will be going in-person although I cannot find them on google maps view. Hopefully will have better experience there

The staff at the Market City store are fabulous. They remember me each time I go. They are patient, kind, pleasant and thorough. T-Mobile was my carrier when I got my first cell phone 20+ years ago and their service, especially at Market City, keeps me there.

Me and my grandma got help with her phone from a man named Cameron. He was VERY helpful and nice, and did not try to push an expensive new phone on my grandmother like other employees had when she visited in the past. He fixed her phone updated her SIM and made it so me and my father could get ahold of her easily again without worrying about her wellbeing. Thank you ^-^

Great customer service by Cameron!! Went into the store to make sure all my info was transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Was so patient and informative and helped My mom activate her new phone.

I never write those things, but this is a special occasion so will make an exception. This is the the sort version of the story. Today is Saturday, on Thursday I talk to T-Mobile on the phone, I added a line to my already existing account and add another device for that line. On the phone they told me I'm gonna get the new phone on Saturday Obviously it didn't arrive on Saturday. I call the customer service and after an hour talking to them we figured out that the best solution is to go to the T-Mobile store and get the device from them. I got their at 6:45pm, the store manager was the one who "help" me. He did want to honor the numbers they gave me over the phone, so I had to call customer service again. Because I was over the phone I step outside on the open air, so I can pull my mask down a little so I can talk on the phone. I didn't want to do that in the store, not to risk anybody or to make any of the other customers feel uncomfortable. It took me 40 minutes to get to a supervisor who can explain the store manager what to do. But at that point they locked the doors on me and refused to let me in. He didn't even open the door just for me to talk to him and explain the situation, all while I was with their on customer service on the line. And not only that, he even called the security guy which was very nice, and was just doing his job on me. Worst customer service I ever got, the most disrespectful store manager I ever seen. No one deserves being treated like this, even the T-Mobile supervisor on the phone didn't believe and filled a complaint against this store manager. After that experience I would never recommend anyone to T-Mobile. Stay away from them, especially from that store
