Staff was amazing took care of my issues with activating a new phone
I came here to get a new connection and I must say, Awesome customer service. Carla K. went out of her way to explain to me how the plans worked, she helped me check if my phone was compatible for the sim card. And she cleared every single doubt that I had. I wish I could give more stars. Great job, didn't feel out of place at all. Keep it up guys.
I will never go anywhere else. Cricket staff have always gone above and beyond to help me. This past week my I phone wouldn’t charge. After waiting in a long line at Apple store, making an appointment, waiting another two hours, waiting in another line, I finally saw a tech guy who told me my charging port was damaged. Then suggested I upgrade to a new $400 phone. I thanked him for his time and told him I’d be heading over to my carrier Cricket. Jay O at Cricket showed me a little trick to get my cell charged, helped me back up my data , and sold me an I phone for a third of the cost. In these hard times you guys truly know what the word customer service means. So, yeah, I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you for being there in my time of need. Deborah
I finally got a Cricket Account about 8 months ago and the free phone I picked was the Galaxy Amp2. Yikes if you use any internet time even if you're on the unlimited plan they will slow you down so fast from a already slow internet service. I just sit and punch something in search and watch the circle in the middle spin for a long time. I usually just close my search engine. I ain't got time for that. The short girl that works their now is very helpful and very knowledgeable with everything in Cricket. Plus they need to stop changing their service plans so often. But I still think they need alot of catching up to do.
Great service and staff members. Switched to cricket wireless network from boost mobile, new plan for just 5 dollars more and received a LG stylo 3 for only 30.00 additional to the first month of unlimited service and 4gLTE at that. Now I'm paying 57.00 with insurance as opposed to 45.00 with boost mobile, and I get 90 percent better service. Kinda miss the 8gigs of hotspot and the additional 3 dollars off with boost dealz but they're really not worth the sh***y customer service and cellphone service.Hey two thumbs up overall and 5 stars for the new location and their stock. Very huge selection of phones for all price and quality ranges. I was very skeptical of Cricket due to their Game stop locations and the lack of phones in stock, sometimes 0, and they would have 1 or 2 phones at the other locations. Obviously, their investment in Hawaii customer base and competitive plans show that they are ready to play ball with boost mobile. Metro pcs, here we come?
