I had an awesome experience with T Mobile. I walked in ready to drop $800 on a new phone, but Jaci went above and beyond to make sure I left with only an $80 bill and a free iPhone mini. She crushed it. Everyone was friendly and efficient, 10/10 recommend.
Customer service is always good when we go there. This time my homeboy Phillip was very kind and professional when it came to helping us out. Fast and quick with the service. Keep up the good work.
So awful. Lady there was extremely rude. Didnt even let me finish explaining. She just said sorry cant help you we close at 8. It was 7:45 when I went inside. All I wanted to do was ask some questions about their current deals. Never ever gonna go back. Put a bad rap on t-mobile.
