Today I went to TCA wireless in Don Quijote for a repair on my phone screen that was cracked. Overall my visits was wonderful and a breeze! Not only was the price the best I had found on island… the employee’s were wonderful to deal with! Brittany was helping me and she was so patient and really did care about my problem. Brittany was quick and efficient.. My phone only took about 30 minutes for the repair. Brittany went above and beyond and not only fixed my phone,  she also helped me with my car-key fobwhich was a stripped screw in the key and helped me out with a phone case. I would definitely recommend this place for phone repairs and for friendly workers that are there to help you and you. You can tell they care.. I’ll be back! Thank you!

Brittany did a quick fix for me 2-3 minutes to get my iPhone working again and did it for FREE! Awesome! I came into the Kaheka location and Deanna  was the one that helped me. I came into the store for some questions about my screen because the screen has some damage to it. Deanna answered all of my questions and was very personable friendly, she also gave me a quote and gave me the process on what's going to get done.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for various services and the team here are very helpful here. Landen provided extreme professionalism in dealing with my phone in providing options on types of screen protectors and how to obtain a discount on a screen with installation. I highly recommend coming here.

Outstanding service and a huge thanks to Deanna Bahilot-Kennedy for fixing my phone so quickly!!! I thought I was going to have to buy a brand new phone.  Background: I finally dropped my phone Samsung S22+ Ultra into the ocean. I then plugged in the phone even though there was internal moisture warning. Charger didn't work and I figured I had fried my phone. Luckily, the team at TCA Wireless had it dried out and fixed in no time.

Brought phone in for battery replacement. Landen did a great job. He was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back for all my phone repair needs. Thank you Landen!

Came into the store to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max repaired, I was so stressed out with no extra working phones but Brittany went out of her way and provided me with a temporary phone and more. Thank you so much Brittany! I owe you!!

After speaking w/TCA Wireless for an hour OTP over the phone to define their motto "we buy phones & electronics of all make and model" on 11/4/22. Lecet Cust Rep and I, went over the step-by-step process in regards to most of my products we wanted to "get rid of" since most items were our "old" items, that was in perfect shape. So we decided to make our 15 miles trip to TCA Kaheka on 11/5/22 @230pm to be confronted by a African American/ female who was eating her lunch on the counter while their door was fully open stating, "oh! Im on lunch and the others will be back in 5 mins." Now there was 2 other customers there before me, so already this was a huge red flag, suggesting that customer swrvice have no priority! Finally, 2 other staff came back, and the Asian female approaches me and viewed all of products which consist of 6 apple products,  1 Acatel pads, 1 kindle, 1 mini pad, and a galaxy 3 phone. Soon after, she past me back to the African American female, who comments, "just looking at it, we cannot take it!" We asked, "arent you going to process it to make a professional assessment before assuming?" She continue to claim that "i can just tell!" This was a very frustrating visit and these "professionals" was so "unprofessional", terrible customer service! Our Ipad which was an older model but brand new almost in the box w/everything in tact, she ran it thru the computer finally and said they would pay us $45? Yet, on Whiz Cell they were willing to payout $310 and all the other products ranged from $55 min to $80max. I wanted a quote on a replacement screen and was given a quote for $275 and yet a refurbish phone  i was debating between getting a simple and cheap phone or do i get my screen fixed was $285? It almost did appear that the staff was very lazy and not willing to "take appropriate actions", super terrible customer service, and out-of-this world etiquette/mannerism w/the belief of an expert! I wish i could give them NO STARS, but that option is not available! So warning, if ever you need to seek a vendor who claims "to take ALL...." and then drive a long journey to be faced w/staff that may appear to be present physically but not really ALL there...do not waste your precious time w/BS and false advertisement instead go to Wiz Cell where they will supply ya with pre-paid envelope, direct deposit your cash and give you the best deal then anyone else can! We wanted to get rid of our products that was lying around for so long, so why not clean up and make money from your old products!  FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
