Great store with employees that have good intentions & fast help, too fast at that. The lady rushed us for what products we would have liked, & also ordered the wrong size watch without confirming with me. Now waiting for shipment I’m going to have to send back for new one. Also did not send me home with a box for my trade in, this employee was in too much of a rush to pick up her lunch that was ready else where.
Not a good experience at company store on Burleigh in Wauwatosa, WI. I was greeted by a host who said a salesperson would be there in 10 minutes, the person never showed. After waiting almost 20 minutes for help while trying to browse to eat up time, I left the store which was not busy for a early weekend morning. In the future, hopefully all scheduled early employees will be there unless it's an emergency on time and the greeter needs to stay out on the floor The Greeter Disappeared to recognize situations that might arise when employees are late. I left the store and know one was conscience to recognize I was not getting service as I walked out the door.
They helped a lot with getting my daughter's daughter's stolen phone replaced. She was on another carrier but we got it worked out. I've had issues with many other Verizon stores. I'd recommend this one
Walked in and we’re put on the wait list. We were told to expect a 30 minute wait. We would be texted when it was our turn. After an hour we asked what was going on. We were told that they texted us several times but got no response. We showed the “manager” our history that we only got notification that there were 2 customers ahead of us. We were never given notice it was our turn after waiting an hour. The manager offered to put us back on the waiting list and it would be a 30-45 minute wait. I said that was unacceptable. But the “manager” said we would have to wait our turn. No explanation that our “turn” was skipped. All of this because the original employee who set up our additional line somehow set it up to only activate on our billing date and not when we took delivery of the phone and service. Awful service, not knowledgeable staff and just poor treatment of customers. A wasted afternoon by Verizon and this store.
Can't reach any employees over the phone working here. Never submitted my order was ready to be picked up. Contact verizon CS told me phone no longer available need to re order. Lesson learn don't do store pick up this location.
Came here to set up a business account with internet and a phone line. The process took two weeks of me going back and forth to their location to try and get this taken care of and each time they came back to me saying "I feel bad making you wait so long here, we can give you a call when we have your account set up". I waited a week and no call so I went back to see what was going on and I got the run around AGAIN and waited for over an hour in the store before they once again told me to leave and come back when i recieve their call. They finally called back later that day and told me they had my equipment and we were all set. I was ready to move on from it and continue with my business but within the first week i was already getting messages saying my service was going to be affected because i haven't made my payment. So i called them and they told me i didnt have auto pay set up. So i set up auto pay and ever since then i have gotten the messages multiple more times saying their going to cut our service EVEN THOUGH i set up auto pay. Now i have to deal with my service being threatened to get cut off if i don't make payments even after setting up auto pay with them multiple times. Truly infuriating dealing with this company. Will be taking my business literally anywhere but here.
08/02/2022 @5PM. FIRST-TIME customer with Verizon and at this "CORPORATE" Verizon store. Do your business online if you can! That'll save you time and inconvenience of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALL I wanted was to get a PREPAID plan with Bring Your Own Phone. Waited approximately 10 minutes until "Specialist Yarina" came to assist me. She didn't even greet me when she was brought over. "I" SAID "HELLO". Her eyes were glued to her tablet & ignored me. 1st RED FLAG to walk out, but I had patiently waited for someone to assist me. I told her I needed a PREPAID plan. I asked if the $30 activation plan would be waived like online, and she had NO clue. Let alone, lacks basic professionalism. Another "Specialist" told her it was waivable. That's why I proceeded. She asked for my Driver License and took a picture of the front and back of it. It was ODD that she NEEDED for my driver's license and took pictures of it. *Please note that ONLINE does not ask for ANY of this. There was NO explanation from her as to why she needs my Driver's License. Additionally, she did not invite me to sit at a proper desk like every other customer. She walked behind my back where I was seated. I had to turn around to see what she was doing. She attempted to setup my PREPAID account, she told me to enter my name, email address, phone number, PIN, and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. It was ODD, but I gave her the benefit of doubt she "knew" what she was doing, being called a "Specialist". She just looked at me from where she sat w/ the tablet in her lap & asked which Prepaid plan I wanted w/o even showing me the screen and the options of the Prepaid plans. I HAD to get up and walked to where she SAT to see the options. I was unable to view the plans even then because the Internet or her tablet did not worked. A 2nd Rep. was then required to assist her with her tablet. Went to the back. Came back out. Gave my driver's license AGAIN. Photos were taken AGAIN. I was only told to filled out my name, email address, phone number, and PIN this time. NOT my social security number. After that, the other representative said, "Your credit is only run if you provide your social security number". That's right. WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! Yarina, the so-called "Specialist", did not even comment on that, acted as though she did not do it. I became agitated at that point. As a result of her POOR work ethic, I WILL REPORT if my credits are checked and pulled. The prepaid plan options were displayed after I filled out my information AGAIN. Once that was done, she told me to give her my phone. "Give me your phone." She was STRUGGLING to find the SIM Slot and ALMOST DROPPED my phone!! My brand new $1,000.00 phone, and she DID NOT even apologize!! After 3 minutes, FINALLY found the sim tray and inserted the SIM card, and she restarted my phone. Again, without my permission OR informing me what she was doing to MY personal belonging. I also had another sim card in my phone before she inserted the Verizon sim card, and "Specialist Yarina" was just going to HOLD and KEEP my other sim card, again, WITHOUT my permission of MY personal belonging. I HAD to ASK her to GIVE it to me, and she gave me an attitude of annoyances. Like RUDE!!! Once I finally had my phone back in MY HANDS. She just brushed me off, and told me I was good to go. Uh, yeah, no, girl. You don't tell me to just go WITHOUT testing to see if it really does work properly. OMG it was so awkward as she just stood there to tell me to leave while I was testing the call, internet, and text feature. As soon as I realized I didn't have a phone number, I told and showed her. She rudely responded that I needed to wait for it to download. Yeah, well, "Specialist Yarina", if you had been professional and informative at the start, I would've known that, wouldn't I? NOT. In the end, she didn't even thank me for my time or business when everything finally worked correctly! "I" was the one that THANKED her and left. SMH 100% POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to the max!!! THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME SUPPORTING THIS LOCATION!!
The staff aren't very helpful. They talk negatively about their customers and avoid them as much as they can. You have to constantly hunt one of them down if you have any questions. The store is clean, though.
Verizon was terrible. I made an appointment at 10 in the morning for an 11:00 time. I got there early, waited till 11:05, nobody helped me. They lost me as a customer. Plus everybody I know on social media and family and friends. I would expect if you make an appointment at 11 the merchant should honor that. I was given some stupid excuse that they only had one salesperson there. But as I was sitting there I another sales person came in through the door. They still didn't help me. The worst customer service I have ever gotten from a cell phone carrier. They do not deserve even half of a star. I would rather go through Boost, cricket, or one of those cheap prepaid services. Verizon shouldn't even give customers the option to make an appointment because they aren't going to follow through on that appointment time anyway.
EDIT: all the deals I was hunting yesterday are expired today. Back to full price on the iPhone 13 pro Max and Samsung s22 ultra I had my eyes on yesterday. This just went from inconvenient to me considering a carrier switch if somebody drops deals like that again before Verizon. ORIGINAL: Yesterday I wanted to add a line and get 2-3 new phones. I scheduled a 6pm appointment here using the Verizon app. I arrived and waited around until 6:10 when a store employee finally approached me to say they were understaffed and running about thirty minutes behind on my appointment. I waited until 637 before interrupting one of the three employees for an update and was told I'd have to come back another day because they wouldn't be able to help me before they closed. Probably going to a different location today to get my new line and phones. Not confident in this location anymore.
