i didn’t like the customer service i received i came in for a new phone and service it took forever to get started but waiting there was a pain the guy who helped me seem distant, as if he didn’t want to be bothered with customers that day i had to set up my new iphone myself long time iphone user but it’s just the fact he didn’t check to see if my phone was active until i asked about it he didn’t ask any questions about the phone or service the plan i chose also came with the 25$ wifi he didn’t ask me about that very awkward very weird experience from Verizon. Customer service…customer service is dead in 2022

The Verizon store Midtown West associates were extremely helpful. All three of them were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Their attitudes were very pleasant. I have never been in a store and all the associates are willing to assist.
It is the worst experience ever! Last week, I tried to add a new line to my current plan, and I made it really clear to add that number to the plan. They replaced my old number with the new number after I’ve been waiting for almost 1 hour and a half. I had to spend another 1 hour and a half to let them get my old number back while keeping my phone off for that duration, I missed lots of calls on a work day. After getting the number back, my internet speed became extremely slowlike 0.5 Mbps. And today they locked my number for “suspicious activities”. I’ll have to call my account holder who lives in NYC to unlock it. But I can’t call anyone because my number’s locked. Their answer just shows they really don’t care about what is going on. The staff in store is nice but the customer service on phone call is absolutely HORRIBLE, I wish I could give a -5 stars review but Google doesn’t allow it
Brandon and the supervisor was so helpful. They are all very charismatic and wonderful. I enjoyed my experience. Please give them a raise, and some upgraded phones
The service I experienced was top shelf, thank you Princess! However Verizon really needs to have phone data exchanged at store level as an option. Its years between purchasing phones and having to stop and spend that much time and energy for a one shot deal is a waste. Tech support, calls, texts. All could have been avoided at point of sale. Labor costs weren't necessary. 2 Verizon stores last 2 days and both had Outstanding representation. More then the phone, I appreciate those People helping me.
Daria was exceptional. She was patient with me, a senior citizen. Very knowledgeable about Verizon’s various remedies for my problem.

Literally the best Verizon store I’ve been too! Exceptional customer service. Josh and Amena kept me laughing the entire time I was there. Truly the highlight of my day!
