Fantastic customer support and friendly staff. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Chris F. for a first-class experience. He not only delivered on my requests seamlessly after much prior headache - but he also turned my day around completely! Top class all around.

Temi was so incredibly helpful and wonderful. She diligently worked to find a solution when my SIM card stopped working and I needed my phone to work from home. I was honestly thinking of switching carriers if my issue couldn't be resolved, but thanks to her I'm a happy customer.

A young female worker D was very rude at the 6th and Peachtree rd store. She refused to answer my questions honestly and appeared to not enjoy her job. She was very rude to me and walked away from me as I was kindly asking questions... I highly suggest that she get better customer service and integrity training.

I typically dont write reviews but I had to in this situation I purchased a phone for the store two weeks ago today and try to return it the store manager and all the associates refused to return the phone saying that I was passed the 14 days so I decided to call customer care just to back up my calculation and they agreed with me that I was still within the 14 days after arguing with the store manager his Assicates told us he would not return the phone after us pulling the policy in black n white they finally decided to allow me to return the phone. This is unbelievable you try to cheat people to meet a sales quota !!! I absolutely do not recommend this store!!

Never open. Waited around for an hour even though the store hours listed on the front say open at 10. At least post a note letting customers know hours vary. This is a downtown Atlanta location that needs to be correctly staffed and open for business. Thanks.

Worst customer service! Avoid this store like the plague, especially Chris. Signed us up on the wrong plan, refuses to admit that this was his mistake, and after more than half a dozen visits to the store, the problem is still NOT fixed. And he vehemently opposes the option of meeting the manager in case we do report his mistake I presume.

Quentin was more than helpful and able to get me through the process of upgrading a phone much faster than I had expected.

Super helpful staff who helped me replace a lost SIM card very quickly! Great location to go solve a quick problem when you’re in a crunch.

I've been on hold on 611 for 30 mins, unbelievable, can't even get anyone to talk to. Three separate occasions.

Went in to this location after speaking with T-Mobile customer care to do a return/exchange for my phone. I came in and started to explain the situation - the woman didn’t even hear me out & instead became very rude, even raising her voice. When another gentleman said that he thought actually we could do what customer care suggested, she asked to speak with him in the back room instead of just trying to be helpful. I’ve been a Tmobile customer for over 13 years and today I almost left for another carrier because of the lack of care. I drove another 2 miles to a different store and they upgraded my phone with no issues.
