I’ve had the privilege of doing business with Imprint Repairs for three 3 years. Every single time, they’ve taking care of my phone needs. From fixing screens to purchasing devices to replacing devices to minor issues with me needing help with different features on various phones I’ve owned. I’m very big on customer service. VERY big on customer service and Imprint Repairs has exceeded my expectations every time. Excellent phone repair services. For reasonable prices. They are very knowledgeable and courteous to the customers. My screen repair was done less than 30 mins and it was like new again! Highly recommend!

Great service! I honestly thought my phone was unsalvageable; the screen was shattered after it flew off the roof of my car into busy traffic. =Z To my surprise, the team at Imprint Repairs was able to fix it... and they did so fast! I would highly recommend them.

When I walked out the house today on my way to the barbershop, my phone fell out my pocket as I was crossing the street. Literally watched a car roll right over it smh. Luckily my case protected my phone overall, however my screen was shattered . So I googled near by fix it repairs near my barbershop and this place popped up! I was in and out in 30 min and paid under $100 bucks! Great service and good work! Made my day so much better lol highly recommend

I have been coming to imprint repairs for years and I have always appreciated their customer service. They have fixed numerous devices of mine including Google phones, android phones, and even introduced me to iPhones. I even picked up a tablet from them a few years ago. I purchased some AirPods as well for my niece a few years ago and they have worked wonders. I truly appreciate the good people over at imprint repairs. I would recommend imprint repairs to anybody!

These guys are complete scam artists and cost me a ton of $! They replaced the screen on my iPhone and completely rendered my phone unusable. They charged me a higher fee for the genuine Apple replacement part rather than a generic aftermarket part. After the repair, my phones WiFi and GPS no longer worked. When I took it to the Genius Bar, the consultant there told me the part they had used as a replacement was NOT an Apple Part and that their having replaced it with the generic aftermarket screen voided my warranty. I returned and asked for a refund since I’d paid for the higher priced Apple part. They were unable to show documentation that the part they used was an Apple manufactured replacement part AND they refused to reimburse me for the difference. Plus now I am out of pocket $$$$ to repair the damage to my phone because the cheap replacement part they used nullified my warranty. Avoid these guys at all costs!

Imprint Repairs has great customer service! Very friendly and fixed my phone in under 30 minutes! Definitely recommend them for any device repair as well as laptops and computers!

Great Service, fixed my iPhone 11 screen in 20min, which allowed me to turn it in to my carrier and upgrade. They also have cases and screen protectors for good prices which they’ll put on for you

I have been using Imprint Repairs for almost 10 years, since I had an Iphone 5. They are the only business I go to when I have an issue with my phone or need my screen replaced. Great prices and great service.
