The person we spoke to was uninterested in helping us and told us to call a hotline. The hotline did not help and we went to another Verizon location 23rd between 5th & 6th and they dealt with our issue quickly and effectively. Go there instead.

Don’t go to this store guy threatened me after having me wait weeks to open a new line he talks a lot gets to sign contracts dishonest don’t go to this store

I am glad I found this store and they were so helpful that I got the whole staff lunch. They are the most patiant people I have ever met in Verizon store. They got all my information back took them 2 hours but not only got me the phone I wanted. Great great service will recommend them HIGHLY. THANK YOU GUYS
