Relatively cheaper but unreliable service in New York City.
Very helpful service from the manager, Alex, and his team, including Ahmed and others. As for T-Mobile as a carrier, I wouldn’t really recommend it - we switched to Google Fi.
I thoroughly enjoy coming to this location. These guys are super knowledgeable attentive and will go out of their way to help you figure out any phone issues you may encounter. If you have any issues or just want to pick up a case or switch out your sim card highly recommend talking to these folk

The store manager told us they can't cancel plans in store and we must call T-mobile directly instead. Called T-mobile and the specialist said the store manager lied to us and they CAN cancel plans in store.
Went to buy a cheap phone. Waited for a long time. Guy said, that particular moto phone is in a safe locker. Need 10 mts to unlock .dont know what it means. I can read the sale person attitude as why you not buying an iphone and wasting my time
