Visited to purchase a phone, they have the vision pro on display. Experience of vision pro is mind blowing , no words to say.
This is worse than a doctor appointment… Staff is super rude. They move you from one seat to another. There are idle individuals doing nothing… feels like they enjoy making you wait. Even if it is 30min past your appoint time. It wasn’t like this before. Pretty bad.
I had to visit for service on my sons device. Although I don't own an iPhone I understand why people love their products. It all comes down to customer service and experience. If you look at many of the heavy hitters in any industry you're going to notice that this is the bread and butter of their business. Keep up the great work.
In general, most of my experiences with Apple have been overwhelmingly positive. This store is no exception and does not get too busy. I had a very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful person assist me with a few MacBook charger and accessory purchases. He also reviewed most recent MacBook improvements or revisions. I always learn something new or helpful and appreciate the Apple in-store experience. Even at their busiest, Apple customer care continues to impress me and keep me as a lifelong loyal customer. This location is also very accessible and near Chelsea Market.
The staff at this venue could benefit from extra training, especially in areas of professionalism and a more in-depth understanding of cellphone plans beyond basic phone sales. Frequently, customers seeking information on various options end up with inaccurate details. This doesn't seem coincidental, occurring consistently during each of my visits. In contrast, my experience at the Grand Centre location was distinct. A team member there offered accurate information, addressing the same question with clarity and efficiency.
Really nice open lofty space. Multileveled. Most of the time consumers are seen at The Genius Bar on the second floor. Great views overlooking the smallish park next to the building, with a huge Starbucks right next door! Fantastic!
Stopped by today to ask a few questions because I just bought a laptop over the summer and I was thinking about getting another one since a better. One just came out a few months ago but the people there didn’t seem to have the tolerance to answer some of my questions, and passed me off a number of times in which I just decided if I couldn’t get the information I needed I wasn’t going to come and purchase anything here, I’m not one to normally suggest things about such big stupid stores like this, but I would say go to Williamsburg. The people are much more down to earth.
It’s a good store, they repaired my phone in 2.5-3 hours. The only cons is that the repair is expensive if you don’t have phone insurance and that apple has these scary see through glass stairs that makes you think you’re going to fall.
The staff at this location require additional training, particularly in professionalism and in becoming more familiar with AT&T plans beyond just selling phones. Often, when customers inquire about different options, they receive incorrect information. I don't think this is just a coincidence, as it happens every single time I go there. However, my experience at the Grand Centre location was different. There, a staff member provided all the correct answers clearly and efficiently resolved everything regarding the same question.
I walked into the Apple store confident enough to see the price that it cost to fix my laptop. Assuming I was going to just have to pay for a battery issue and got an update that it was the logic board that needs to be replaced. Going to take even longer for me to post #fashionweek images. Wish I would have got paid to cover fashion week.
