I'm not safe staff is always late the work is done do whatever they feel like always on the phone.. do each other jobs in here the coworkers and they always late to release the next coworker
Mari was great, I explained my issue with an old HTC phone. She suggested to UPRADE me to an LG and I must say she was on point. Plus she was curtious and professional. Thanks Mari.
They tried to tell me that the pricing on the metro website was old and did not apply anymore. Their plan prices were about 10 bucks higher a month compared to what the website said. When I visited a metro store that was corporate, we were greeted with the nice low prices advertised online and free phones. This store is a scam. Go elsewhere.
I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this place. I got a great offer to go back to Sprint, and I had my number ported to Sprint. I read the Metro PCS 7 day return policy and went to the store to return the phone and accessories I bought. The customer service representative told me they won't accept the return because I should have returned the phone and accessories before porting my number to Sprint. The Metro PCS 7 day return policy, which lists some conditions for the return, does not state any other conditions related to porting. It doesn't say you have to return the phone and cancel the service before porting. But the store representative kept on insisting they can't return the phone. I then asked if I can return the $20 phone cover I bought at the store. The same representative had put the cover on my phone and threw away the packaging when I had bought the phone. So he said they can't accept the return for the phone cover either because I don't have the packaging with me the same packaging he threw out, without asking me. Lesson learned - be wary of the 7 days return policy from Metro PCS because it has written and apparently unwritten rules and conditions that apply. Very disappointing
I've been here three times and they've always been extremely helpful. I even upgraded my phone recently and they were hassle free. They're open when they say they're open, which isn't always the case with these stores. This is definitely one of their better locations.
The staff working here are the scammiest and smarmiest salespeople in all of New York City. Absolute garbage customer service, GARBAGE DEVICES, LIES about the prices and LIES about the return policy. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Tamara owns and runs this store. I bought a new phone and put a "super tough" screen protector for $25 She put it on wrong so it didnt cover the screen properly. the edges chipped and a turn style arm in the subway CRACKED THE SCREEN!!!! Her response was "There is nothing I can do" Scam artist f;;;;;; ups I will never visit a metro pcs store. EVERY SINGLE ONE SUCKS
Absolute worst customer service in NYC without a doubt. The woman working there was a complete idiot. Hadnt the faintest clue what she was talking about period. Went to their other store all the wat down on 14th and 1st and they helped me just fine
Overcharged by over 50 dollars and refused to give refund. Go to any other location. Guy that works there looks like keemstar. Wears a hat indoors to hid that he's balding.
Showed up at 6:28 pm on Monday and they were already closed. The sign on the door says 8pm close time. No excuse for that.
