Nice park with views of the mountains and small sidewalk loop. Dogs are often off-leash... some owners are respectful, others fail to control their pets and leave poop behind. Pretty typical of Denver these days.

Veterans Park was nice it's a little on the smaller side they had a little baseball field and some people were playing with their kids practicing hitting and catching the ball probably for Little League. There is not much shade or places for you to sit but a cute little park none the less.
Wind blown open space . The roar of I25 traffic drowning out the din of people happily flaunting social distancing and facemask protocol . While celebrating World Cup history . A.K.A. Soccer .
Love this park for walking dogs and the husband! Hightlights: it's quiet and peacefull and NOT Wash Park.
Nice quiet park
Veterans Park, first off great name, the flying American flag is a nice reminder of what we stand for in the U.S. as we enjoy our lives...great place to go to practice or play sports, I've used the park on several occasions for flag football and soccer.
Nice field, to next to freeway
Great park with tona of grass, some soccer goals, and a baseball field. No playground though, and the parking is light.
