We had gone there to submit our France paper work. Very nice people, they explained everything to us very clearly and we had a very pleasant experience. My wife had forgotten to bring the cover letter and the lady at the counter helped her write one on the spot. Thank you!

I was out 10 min after my appointment time. Very fast and efficient.

I hope they change the visas system because it’s the worst system I never see They took my passport for 2 months until I requested them to send me my passport back

I have an appointment at a specific time, arrived on time. I still waited more than 2hours. This place sucks.

Terribly slow service! They do not follow the provided token numbers one bit. Ended up waiting for 2.5 hours in spite of being half an hour ahead of the appointment time.  Horrible!
